Equipment listings

We sell used material handling equipment. Each listing shows the information we hold at the time of publication: year, make, model, hours, rated capacity and fuel type. Hours and specifications are taken from the machine's hour meter and data plate. We believe them to be accurate but we do not guarantee them. All equipment is offered subject to prior sale — a machine shown on this site may already be sold.

Prices

Prices shown do not include sales tax, delivery or attachments unless we say so, and they can change without notice. A price on this website is not a binding offer. The terms of any sale are the ones set out in the written invoice or bill of sale.

Condition and warranty

Every machine is inspected, serviced and load-tested before it is offered for sale, and we provide a 30-day warranty on the terms described to you at the time of purchase. Apart from that warranty, used equipment is sold as-is. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under Florida law.

The buyer's responsibilities

Forklifts are industrial machines. Once equipment is delivered, the buyer is responsible for operator training and certification under OSHA 29 CFR 1910.178, for daily pre-use inspections, and for safe operation and ongoing maintenance.

Limitation of liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or reliance on information published on it.
